Ho To Use If Formula In Excel With Multiple Condition





Use the IF function, one of the logical functions, to return one value if a condition is true and another value if it's false. 

For example: =IF(A2=B2,"Same","Different")


IF function, एक बहुत ही useful फंक्शन है। इसमें जमे कुछ condition देनी होती हैं और कंडीशन के सही होने पर IF function पहले सही Value को दिखता है  और गलत होने पर यह दूसरी  Value को दिखता है।

आगे इस पोस्ट में हम उदाहरण द्वारा समझेंगे कि Excel में IF function का प्रयोग कैसे करते है।

I have some such data, in which each employee is given a target of 500. From this data, we have to find out who has completed their target and who has not.

हमारे पास कुछ इस तरह सेल का एक डाटा हैं जिसमे हर एक Employee का Target 500/- दिया गया हैं  और Employee द्वारा की गयी सेल दी गयी है। 

अब IF function की मदद से हमे देखना हैं की किस Employee  ने अपना टारगेट Achieve किया है और किसने नहीं !

जिसने टारगेट Achieve किया है उसके आगे "D Column"  में YES आ जाये और जिसने नहीं किया उसके NO आ जाये
